Project Finance

We have been involved in raising finance for a number of projects that have required varying amounts and degrees of investment and leverage, Our background in specialty insurance projects has helped us build a large network of venture capitalists and banking partners. We will only work on personal recommendations and with the understanding that have full access to all project information on a confidential basis.

Here is a brief out line below the type of projects we have worked on:

Green Energy
Offshore wind; Onshore wind; Bio-fuels; Water purification; Hydro Electric Plants. Projects from €10m up to some £300m.

Aviation
We have been involved in efforts to raise finance for a number of start-up airlines, learning valuable lessons and picking up important details in the process. We have also helped raise finance for Aircraft and are particularly well connected in this area.

Infrastructure
This is an area that we can also assist with and have very good connections to equity providers and specialist lenders for specific territories.

Funds
We have been involved with the structuring of specialist funds in E.U. markets and are in the process of developing and designing a new capital investment fund for a specific leasing market.
